Shipping policy

Where we ship. Rain City Drops currently ships within the United States only.

Processing time. Orders are printed to order and typically leave production within 2-5 business days before they ship. During high-volume periods (new drops, holidays) this window may run longer, and we will do our best to note it on the site if it does.

Shipping cost. A flat shipping rate applies at checkout. Orders of $75 or more ship FREE.

Delivery estimate. Once your order ships, standard delivery within the US typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves production.

Multiple items. If your order includes items from different capsules or product types, they may ship separately. You won't be charged extra shipping for split shipments from a single order.

Lost or stolen packages. Once a package shows delivered by the carrier, Rain City Drops isn't able to replace or refund it. If tracking shows an issue in transit (delayed, lost, misrouted), contact raincitydrops@gmail.com and we'll look into it with the carrier.

International shipping. Not currently available. We'll update this policy when that changes.
