Terms of service
These terms govern your use of the Rain City Drops website and your purchase of any product through it. By placing an order or using the site, you agree to the terms below. Rain City Drops is operated by Pacific Northwest Design LLC.
1. Who we are. Rain City Drops is a Pacific Northwest apparel and goods brand operated by Pacific Northwest Design LLC. References to "we," "us," and "Rain City Drops" mean Pacific Northwest Design LLC.
2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.
3. Products and designs. All designs sold by Rain City Drops are original artwork, use public domain source material, or draw on uncopyrighted folklore and cultural reference points. If you believe any design infringes your intellectual property, contact raincitydrops@gmail.com with the specific design and the basis for your claim, and we'll review it promptly.
4. Order acceptance. Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues with our production partner. If we cancel an order after payment, you'll receive a full refund.
5. Pricing and payment. All prices are listed in US dollars and charged at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price at the time you place your order is the price you pay.
6. Product descriptions. We make a reasonable effort to ensure product photos, colors, and descriptions are accurate. Because designs are printed by a third-party production partner, minor variations in color or placement between listing photos and the finished product can occur and don't constitute a defect.
7. Returns and shipping. Governed by the Refund Policy and Shipping Policy published on this site, both incorporated into these terms by reference.
8. Site use. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to interfere with its operation, or to scrape or reproduce its content without permission.
9. Disclaimer of warranties. The site and products are provided "as is." We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we make no warranties beyond those required by applicable law.
10. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, Pacific Northwest Design LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of a product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
11. Third-party links. The site may link to third-party sites (our print partner, social channels, payment processors). We aren't responsible for the content or practices of sites we don't operate.
12. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to these terms. We may update these terms as the business evolves. The version posted on this site at the time of your order governs that order. All policies are subject to change at any time without warning.
